Ad Rate Card

Listed below are the ad sizes for the Tri-City Herald. Please click on the size you would like, for your ad. You will be taken to a separate page to begin creating your ad. Once you have completed the ad, you will be able to review it and submit it for approval.

The Tri-City Herald is a 17-inch tabloid size newspaper. Each page is five columns wide. The below listed rates are calculated on a one time run.

The Tri-City Herald is published on the 15th and 30th of every month. All submissions & payments must be received 7 days prior to the requested publication date.

Business Card Ad

A business card size ad is 2 columns wide by 2.5 inches

2 x 10; 4 x 5 = 20 inches Cost: (Rate $4.75 per column inch)

4 x 10; 5 x 8 = 40 inches Cost: (Rate $4.75 per column inch)

A double truck ad is 11 columns wide(center two-page)

Classified Ad

$7.50 per ad of four lines as sized.
Each additional line is $1.00
Bold first line add $1.00
Full Bold border add $1.00
Full Bold classified add $1.00

Advertising Discounts:

Advertisers contracting for six months or more and who have prepaid their contracts are Eligible for a 10% discount with a minimum of 12 issues within that six months period. This is based on bi-weekly delivery until Tri-City Herald has converted to a weekly publication, at which time discounts will be adjusted to fulfill the 10% discount.

Classified Ad Rate:

(Events, announcements, employment, roommates, for rent, for sale, wanted, services, lost & found, business opportunity or personals). Display classifieds may not be wider than one column (11” picas, or 17/8 inch) and are sold in vertical increments at the rate of $7.50 per column inch. There are three lines per inch. Classified display rates and policies are the same as for display advertising. Frequency discounts DO NOT apply to classified display ads. There are no preferred placements. All ads are on a first come, first paid service.
